If you're receiving a blank code after redeeming a benefit from your Xfinity membership, please start by verifyfing that you redeemed a benefit for a digital code by checking the **My Activity** section on xfinity.com/membership or through the Xfinity app. Does the redemption still show for you?

@XfinitySeth​ yes it is still showing there but it still only shows a blank code like others that had the problem.
