Gateway upgrade

Hello, I currently have Xfinity Internet with the 2 Gbps plan and an XB8 gateway. I would like to upgrade to the XB10 gateway and have it shipped directly to my home.

Could you please check whether my service address is eligible for the XB10 and whether it can be shipped to me? If a professional installation or a plan change is required, please let me know the available options and any additional costs.

user_vmrvuy We appreciate you reaching out to us over our Xfinity Community Forums. The XB10 Gateway is available for eligible members served by our FDX (Full Duplex) network, typically those on 500 Mbps or faster speed tiers with symmetrical speeds. Our members on Sub-Split, or Mid-Split networks are not eligible for the XB10 at this time. If your location is serviced by our FDX Network you would have been notified by email or the Xfinity app that a XB10 is needed to replace the XB8 Gateway.
