Gateway stuck in “label created”

Started shipping my package on Friday and hasn’t got past the label created screen. It’s been three days and I believe it should’ve at least been scanned at another facility. If it’s not moving, I could just go to the xfinity store and get it my self. I would like to let someone know that it isn’t moving and that I’d like to pick it up at an xfinity store.

Cster2201Thanks for creating a post. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't seen an update on the shipment yet. Most shipments are advised 5-7 business days, and depending on when it was created on Friday, it may not be processed at the warehouse until today. You should be able to visit a local Xfinity Store to pick up the equipment, where they can alter the order to pick up instead, if you'd prefer.
