Gateway return

You sent me a Gateway and I cannot use it because I do not have the right connections in my home. I need to return it to you and just keep the Wi-Fi that I have.

Good morning, @user_c3o68o check out the Digital Return Center at xfinity.com/returns and follow the on-screen steps to return the equipment, or if you'd prefer, you can print a prepaid shipping label and schedule a pickup or drop off items at a local Xfinity Store.
