Gateway Potentially Lost in Mail

Background:

New customer here who bought an internet plan for my new appartment. The internet service address for my specific unit happens to be different from my actual physical address. The appartment complex has two address numbers and i live in the part where my physical address number differs from the service address number.

The issue:

The Gateway was shipped to my service address where my apartment unit number doesnt exist for that address code. UPS wasnt able to deliver it on 8/30. And as of 9/6 there has been no update on the tracking. So the package is likely in some sort of shipping limbo.

Basically just need to know who to contact to resolve the issue. There is an Xfinity store in my area where, at this point, id prefer to pick up my Gateway in person. But still need to resolve the issue of the Gateway that has been potentially lost in shipping.

Good evening @user_2sgdti. If you head into the XFINITY store, you should be able to report the missing package, and have your address updated if needed. Make sure to bring in a picture ID and a utility bill with the correct address. Let us know the outcome when you go in.

Yeah i ended up going into an Xfinity store later that day and explained the situation to them. They took care of it and i was able to walk out of there with a new Gateway in hand.
