Gateway modem
I recently signed up for 5 year price guarantee I think it includes a gateway in the price. I currently use my own equipment how do I get a gateway? Don’t see how to do that anywhere in the app and the automated assistant is useless. Getting annoyed.

Hi there, @user_cmqabx! Congratulations on signing up for the 5-year guarantee. That is such an awesome plan! You are correct that the modem is included (as well as unlimited data). We can get your plan updated with the xFi modem and ship that to you, or you can pick it up at your local Xfinity store. I see that you sent through a direct message, so I will further help there.
Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so.
