Gateway fan constantly running
My gateway fan just started running constantly. I most likely need to exchange it but is it safe to leave it running until I can get to the xfinity store in a day or so to exchange it out

Hi @user_89414e. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. The fan being on is making sure the unit does not over heat. Everything will be fine until you change it out. Please make sure the modem has good air circulation around it and is free of dust.
