Garbage customer service
Internet was out when I got home. After trying to troubleshoot with an agent unsuccessfully. They told me a tech would be out 3 days later. This by any service stand point is unacceptable. The agent who was helping me Flavy promised me with 100% certainty replacing my modem would solve the issue. After rushing to the store and waiting for 30 minutes to swap the modem, when I arrived back home I was blown away to see an xfinity truck in my parking lot. The technician said several units were out.
So not only did they not notice my neighbors were out, they promised me a fix that wasn't even needed.
Im embarrassed for you.
Cannot wait to switch to verizon

You’re absolutely right as this situation should have been identified as a larger interruption affecting multiple units, and we regret that you were advised to replace your modem when it wasn’t certain. We also understand how inconvenient and disappointing that must have been, especially after being given certainty that it would resolve the issue.
