Galveston internet outage

I have no internet for the past week. Only given false information and no help. I am so fed up. I will switch providers if i cannot even get simple information.

No response in 42 hours. I have direct messaged the support staff of xfinity and still no response. I want to request for credit but when i try to use the link to request for credit it says i am no eligible to request. So tell me xfinity, how am i not eligible if you cannot provide me the services i pay for? It’s been over a week now. Unacceptable. What a joke of a customer support team.

@user_lp5aym As you have been informed on another post, our support team will not respond to unsolicited DMs. You will need a request by a Comcast verified employee before sending a DM to receive a response in that platform. 

The online system will reject the credit request if:

You are still experiencing a service interruption

Entered an incorrect date

Already received the maximum amount of credit we can provide for the interruption(s)
