Galaxy Fold 4 Not Detecting SIM Card

I am locked out of service and have tried several troubleshooting methods I have found on the internet to no avail. I can't make out receive texts or phone calls even with wifi.

I cannot send texts or phone calls, it tells me to insert a SIM card to do so when I attempt to. 

And I was locked out of the chat with an agent earlier. I cannot connect to a new one because it says I still currently have a chat window open, but there seems to be no way to reconnect to it.

Have you tired to clear out the cache and cookies and then try again to access the chat?
