frustration on being neglected as a loyal customer
I have been a Xfinity customer for over 10 years. The commercial of 5-year price guarantee internet service has been everywhere in the past couple of months. However, when I tried to sign up for that offer, I was told that I am not eligible because I am an existing customer. It is so frustrating to realize that being a loyal long-term customer is worth nothing. Does Comcast really care about existing customers at all? Do I really have to switch to other service providers to avoid being charged at more than double the cost of what new customers pay?
