Frustration and inability to communicate with customer service representatives offshore

I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding the significant challenges I have experienced while attempting to resolve an issue through your customer service channels.

Despite multiple interactions, communication has been extremely difficult. The representatives I have spoken with appear to be located offshore, and the language barriers, scripted responses, and lack of ownership have made it nearly impossible to efficiently address my concerns. Each call feels like a reset rather than a continuation of the prior conversation, and I have not been able to reach a consistent point of contact who can take responsibility for resolving the matter.

As a former Comcast employee and someone who values strong customer relationships, this experience has been disappointing. I am not looking for conflict — I am simply looking for clear communication, accountability, and resolution.

At this point, I am requesting escalation to a U.S.-based customer service manager or retention specialist who has the authority to review my account holistically and resolve this issue promptly.

I appreciate your immediate attention to this matter and look forward to a timely response.
