Frustrating Xfinity internet connection - Can't reach to any useful help

My xnfinity internet goes in and out ; unfortunately this happens in very important meetings; After couple of mins it comes back to fine but it is really frustrating as it happens back to back multiple times in a day.

On top, I have NO luck in reaching anyone to talk about this. Phone or chat goes to AI and that goes through standard questions

It is frustrating; if I can't get lucky I have to choose a different provider.
