WHY is it so difficulkt to deal with Xfinity with all of the competition there is. I have call 8 times and all 8 times my order of a TV box is wrong. Today I received the WRONG order again.

After 8 phone calls to request new TV boxes that I needed, I finally connected to the best customer service rep and she sent me the correct TV boxes.
