FRUSTRATING: charged me for two addresses and customer support is rude and not supporting

I moved to new apartment and Xfinity is charging me for both old and new accounts. When I called customer support and ask them to terminate still they charged me for few more months. I am continuously call for refund as I haven’t used service they are closing without investigating tickets.

Customer support is WORST, RUDE and NOT WILLING TO HELP.

EXPLORING OTHER OPTIONS IN AREA, won’t recommend anyone
