Frustrating and upset

I called yesterday because I started to have issues with my Internet connection. When I called I was told about a promotion with AT&T. Which I was referred and transferred and signed up with AT&T and made a payment yet I'm already financially struggling. When I called today to discuss the Xfinity account and if it was going to closed out I was than offered a bundle promotion which included the mobile with Internet but why was I not offered this at first because handling me off to another company. Now I have two interested provider when I only need one. When it seems as I was being pressured into getting the bundle. This is very frustrating and irrating with all the prices going up.  Now I feel as if I'm stuck with these bills.

Switching services providers can be a real pain; but I completely understand looking for the best deal. These days, we all have to pinch our pennies. How to Send Us a Direct Message:
