I’m very frustrated with Xfinity. I have been a loyal customer for a few years. Transferring service to my new house has been a headache. There is absolutely no way to make a phone call, I can only talk to “live agents” and my issues never get resolved. I haven’t had WiFi in the home for over a week. I was scheduled for a tech appointment finally, they never showed up and when I reached out to xfinity agent to ask why, I was told I never had an appointment on my account? It’s been miserable trying to talk to employees and I am strongly considering switching to Verizon fios. This has been the worst experience with any company in my life
