Frustrated!!

I just spent 30+ minutes trying to explain here what I need and can’t seem to be able to do online and then at the last second before sending “something went wrong” and it all disappeared! Really, Xfinity?? That happened the last time I tried to post to Xfinity Community as well. If I didn’t know better I would almost think it was intentional…🤔

Also, have you noticed this happening on all of your devices at home or only one specific device?
