Frustrated

Good Evening! 

I ordered a new phone online with the promotion unlimited premium get a free iPhone 16 when you upgrade your line and trade in. I messed up activation and I had to go to the Xfinity store, the people I dealt with made me feel horrible. They kept telling I was wrong and that was not a promotion they did there.  He even asked the manager and he confirmed. I went home and cried. It was a very unfortunate experience.
