Frustrated with the inability to get xFi Pods
I went through the whole routine of getting the Wifi assessment for two weeks and got an email saying that my WiFi assessment is complete and I am eligible to get free xFi pods since they are part of Internet plan
Clicking on the link email takes to a page which says "adding to your xfinity account" and then takes to a page saying "sorry temporarily unavailable"
I have tried this many times from different devices including Mobile app. Always got to the same page
Called the Customer service and they are of no help - say they dont know anything about it
Why is this so difficult?
