Frequent Outages
As the title says. I’ve had xfinity for years in different locations currently in an apartment in West Midtown, Atlanta. I’ve been here for over a year and the first year was fine but the past 3 months there’s been multiple outages a month, usually weekly, and sometimes multiple times in a week. I called an agent to try and get some hope and understanding because I’m confused why their service has completely nose dived but nothing. The agent was able to look at all the outages and agreed how odd it was but stated there’s no upgrades happening in my area or anything else that should be causing this. I’ve used the outage eligibility credit so many times it won’t allow me to use it anymore which is just bad customer service in general. The xfinity chat is an absolute joke that offers little to no help. At this point I just want some answers, but at the very least refunded for the hours of service I paid for because it’s obvious the outages aren’t stopping anytime soon.
