Frequent Outage of Internet services at my residence

Hi, we are out of service from last many days. We requested to customer services. We were out of internet services for 10 days. A technician fix it from outside the door and after 3 days it happened again. Now we again waiting for 10 days for our service. The customer service is only give us promises. They explain all the process of waiting and waitlist. No local support or service atall We are working from home and we are out of service of Xfinity internet. We bought a different Internet service and wasting out time, money and work. We are so much tired with customers services and of Xfinity. We are facing many problems due to outage. No one from the company reliable and trustworthy.
