Frequent internet outages
My neighborhood is experience consistent outages. It is impossible to speak to a live agent either on the phone or via chat. It is unacceptable given the price to have this poor service and no ability to talk with a live person. Very poorly run organization who seems to have no interest in customer experience.

Hello, @user_yyboix. I hope you're having a great day, so far. I'm sorry to hear you and your neighborhood are experiencing intermittent internet issues. Have you by any chance checked the Xfinity app for any reports of service interrupts? How about using the app to reset your modem, have you tried that?
