Frequent internet outages in my neighborhood

Something seems to have changed in the last month or so, i've had more random internet interruptions in the last month than I've had in the last 6 years combined. I'm at the point now where i've apparently capped the outage credits so I cant claim more for the outages I've been getting.

Is there any way we can request further credits for the 1h long outage I just went through and to completely resolve the issue as I do rely on the internet for work from home. I am unable to get the system to give me a real agent so I can make this ask.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello jetuser1, thanks so much for taking the time to reach us here via our Xfinity Forums!  Are you using the "Outage Credits" link when signed in via our Xfinity Status Center?  This link will look for the most recent confirmed interruptions and issue credits automatically, so this is why it may be "capped" if all known issues have been accounted for.  We do have a wealth of resources here on the Forums when it comes to internet troubleshooting. Have you had a chance to look these over and try out some of the tips provided?

@XfinityAlfonso yes, but the tool is now saying i've reached my limit for available credits even though i clearly have outages (I have all the automated texts for the days it went down)

To be extra clear- this is what I get when I attempt to claim for the 1h long outage yesterday:

Thank you for that additional screenshot, and the site itself does have a request limit that can be reached if and when all known service issues have been cared for with the appropriate level of credit. We can certainly take a look for you to see if anything additional is needed.
