Frequent Internet Outages in Houston
I have been experiencing daily internet outages at my home in Houston for over a month. Xfinity has provided no information why this is occurring and what they are doing to resolve the matter. I work from home and this is a huge problem as I am losing connection during meetings and calls. Xfinity also denied my request to have a technician come visit.
