Frequent disconnects with upstream power on one of the channel spiking to above 43 dBmV
I had xfinity service for almost a year now at this location and today, the internet is getting dropped intermittently. Checked the modem logs and it looks like the power signal on the one of the channel spikes above 43 dBmV and hence likely causing soft reset of the modem. I don't have any splitter on the connection. That said, there was an outage of about 5 hours last Saturday if there is any correlation. The internet was stable for last two days and suddenly, this afternoon(Tuesday), I am seeing connection getting dropped.
Reached out to online support and they performed the "refresh signal" operation, but it didn't help.
This is what I am seeing in the modem logs: <Edited: Personal Information>
