Frequency 2.0 Xfinity Rewards Speaker does not play smoothly; sound hiccups

Bluetooth connects with IPhone but sound is interrupted when playing Pandora.  Have tried reset function, did not improve.  How do I get a replacement?

I understand that you received your Bluetooth speaker, and you've been experiencing some defective behavior with the device, and I can imagine the concern behind this. Thank you for that update, and I appreciate your continued patience with us, while trying to reach out through a private chat. I have not received a private message with those details, and I'm not quite sure why. Do you mind sending over another private message with those details, to see if it will come through this time? I look forward to getting to the bottom of this volume issue!

Problem is not resolved.  Was supposed to receive a new unit, which has not happened.
