Frequency 2.0 Speaker Xfinity rewards

I received the speaker it played well for a couple of days. Then trying to connect to my same iPhone 8+ it will not connect. It just flashes blue until the battery dies. I recharged the battery and when I unplug the charger it does the same thing. While it flashes I even reset it as shown. How can I get another and send this one back. After you turn on the speaker push the volume up and down at same time this should make it pop up on available device right away. Hope this helps

I also have had my speaker die. It seems to have power and connect but wont play. Cant find a direct contact icon. Can you help? How do I do a hard reset.

Next to the charge input on the bottom right and below the micro SD card slot, is the pin reset hope this helps you

Could you please simplify ( In better English ) the procedure .....True Wireless Stereo Function  !!!!!

The included manual has a lot to be desired....

@joegeri​ For whatever reason these speakers do not stay connected or remembered by devices. Resetting Bluetooth will make the Frequency 2.0 show up on your device Bluetooth again. PIA but works. As far as stereo, I only have 1 speaker and have not connected in stereo. I agree with you about manual!

Received unit, paired & worked great once.  Yesterday charged & attempted to connect with my phone (turned unit on & selected Frequency 2.0 on my phone - multiple times) and will not connect!

ps:  included manual is worthless - obviously translated, but not proof read for english.
