Free xpod

The home wifi test to get a free xPod is a scam. I pay for xFi complete which makes me eligable for a free xpod. I have no wifi in my garage can be solved with an xpod. I had to go through a home test so their techs can see how the internet is performing. No one has been able to explain how their test will confirm I have no wifi in my garage. I've only been told this is the process they have to go through. Of course, their test says everything is fine, which makes me not eligable to receive the free xpod that they advertise.  The internet works fine, but still no wifi in the garage so how does their test help me.  It's a joke.  All so I have to spend $120 on an xpod.  I'd be curious to know just how many "free" xpods have been given out.  I bet its not many at all.
