Free xpod email
Why did I get an email for a free xpod but when I signed in, you said my account doesn't qualify? Why waste anyone's time?

Thank you for reaching out to let us know. We do complete an in-home assessment on your network every 6 months when you have xFi Complete. If these tests detect some issues with your network, the pod will be offered. I'll dive in on my end to review this alert and your most recent assessment to help get us both some clarity. To start, please send me a direct message with your full name and service address when you have a moment.
To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message.
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
