I'm still trying to figure out how to get my free Xfi Pods. Anyone know?

libido77 Hi there! Xfinity offers free WiFi Boost Pods as part of the xFi Complete service, which involves a WiFi assessment to determine if a pod is needed to extend your WiFi network. Did you receive notification indicating that the pods have been approved?

I need the evaluation to be conducted as well. We have a large home and the wifi from our NEW Xfinity gateway does not reach the rooms above the garage. The only reason we upgraded the gateway was because I was told it would include free pods (our existing wifi extenders are somehow not compatible with the new gateway). Thank you for your hopeful help.

Thank you very much for reaching out to us here @rescuerex. If you added the Xfi Complete service you would automatically get a whole home evaluation. If that determined the pods were required you would have received a email with the link for the free pod offer. With the Complete service you do get reevaluated every 6 months.

@XfinityJohnG Thanks John, I never received an email regarding a whole home evaluation, it's been months. Are you able to check on your end?

Hello, @rescuerex I would love to take a look for you. Sometimes those emails can also end up in spam but, I know how important it is to get those emails! Can you send us a direct message with your name and address to take a look at your account? To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: Click "Sign In" if necessary Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window Press Enter to send it.
