Free Xfi Pods for Dead Spot

Hi, I had an xfinity tech at my home yesterday and it was witnessed by him that I have a dead spot in my home where connection is lost and then reconnects when walking back to another area of the home. How do I go about getting a free xfi pod to solve this issue?

If you look at my account, I already had xfi pro, and it was suggested by tech support to change to the normal 1000mbps plan xfi pro and pro extender was was have issues maintaining connection to my devices. I made that change yesterday. I had a tech support rep out to my house and he confirmed several times using his own phone the dead spot issue.

I understand your point but the only way we offer the Wi-Fi extenders now is through the Xfinity pro, did your Xfinity pro not come with Wi-Fi extenders?

It did, and that system did not work, and that is why I changed to the 1000mbps plan that was suggested by the xfinity tech support rep.

So unfortunately then you would have to purchase your own Wi-Fi extenders. I'm not sure what your speed plan has to do with your Wi-Fi connection though.

I don't either, but... I guess being a customer with xfinity for over 30 years means nothing. I guess it it time to look at another service.
