Free wifi extender

I understand I qualify for a free wifi extender. Could you please tell me how I request it?

user_byjpps Thank you for reaching out! Were you informed through the Xfinity app, or email that you qualify for an WiFi Extender? Either way there should have been a link to help you get that redeemed.

@XfinityMartyR​ Neither. Our xfinity gateway has very poor coverage (and often no coverage) in our modest four bedroom ranch.

Understood, and I am sorry to hear about the poor coverage you're experiencing user_byjpps. Please know my team is here to support you. Xfinity's Whole Home Wi-Fi evaluation is a process for Xfinity xFi Complete customers to assess their home Wi-Fi network. Customers receive evaluation results approximately 14 days after activation, which may recommend free Wi-Fi Extenders if needed.
