Free Wifi Extender

On May 26 I received an email stating that I was eligible for a free Wi-Fi extender. I still (June 6) have not been able to redeem the extender. The message I get is "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly." I have talked to several people at Xfinity plus made a trip to the store in my city. Everyone just gives me someone else to contact, and no one has been able to assist me.  Can you help me in receiving this free extender. Thank you,

cla86031, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. I can understand the importance of receiving that free extender. I want to get one myself. You've reached the right place for our team of experts to help with this over social media. We provide wifi extenders included with our XFINITY pro service for $15 a month that can be added to any one of our internet plans like in this link here. If you are an xFi Complete subscriber, a Whole Home Wifi evaluation begins one day of activating a gateway with a 14-day assessment period where you’ll receive additional emails with information about your xFi network performance. After the Whole Home evaluation is complete, the results are sent to the primary email address on file. Depending on the results, you may receive an email that you are eligible for a wifi extender at no cost like in this link here. Does the email state that "you're eligible to receive a Wifi Extender at no additional cost" like in that link? If so, it must be redeemed using the link in the email and it will be shipped within 5 to seven business days of redemption. The same online order link will be available in the Notification Center and the WiFi Extender Redemption tile in the Overview tab of the Xfinity app.

@XfinityGabriel​ The email I received said "You’re eligible for a WiFi Extender at no extra cost." I did try to redeem through the link provided in the email plus I tried using the Xfinity app. I get the same message. This is very aggravating, and at least from my viewpoint, Xfinity has a problem.

Yes, my statement shows xFi Complete. I have this at no charge until May 15, 2030.
