Free Wifi Boost Pods at no extra cost email

When clicking on the Claim your WiFi Boost Pods button it throws an error

I have tried over the last few weeks thinking the website is down. Other messages state to send a direct message however the link goes to the forums which have no link at the top to send a direct message.

I have gone to the local store and they can only sell me one, I have spoke to customer service and they were going to send another email - nope not been sent.

Hello there! We want to make sure you receive your equipment as well!  Looks like you have tried several steps before visiting us here on Forums, so let's take a deeper look at how we can assist. Have you also tried different browsers (and incognito/private mode) and clearing cache and cookies?

  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
