Hello @user_x51rq1 We do sometimes run promotions and discounts like that on the watches. Did the agent you spoke with say what kind of watch the deal was for? Did they say what qualified you for the watch?

Yes on both accounts, I ordered a watch for my wife, and she loves it, but I did not have the opportunity to order onee for myself.
