Free subscription to Peacock with xfinity, not found
Hi,
I subscribed to xfinity recently with a deal that offers free access to Peacock: nothing comes up.
I followed (endless) prompts for emails, chat bots, etc. - no help at all.
Seems like a bait and switch with no customer support available.
Seriously considering canceling xfinity and going with Spectrum.

Hello @user_op8lxx, Thank you for taking the time to leave a post. Sorry to hear that you are having issues redeeming your Peacock subscription. It can take up to two hours after ordering for the Peacock Premium activation to appear on xfinity.com/activate-peacock. You would then log in with your primary Xfinity ID and password. An active now button should display at the top of your account.
If you have followed these steps and are still unable to access Peacock, please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account. I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
To send a Direct Message, please click on the “Direct Message” icon in the top-right corner of the screen, next to the bell icon, click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon, then type or select "Xfinity Support". Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send your message and initiate a live session.
