Free Premium Peacock no longer works

I have spoken to countless agents who have not been able to figure out why Peacock no longer recognizes my xifinity account. The last agent I spoke to had me register for a $5.99 plan, billed through google. She stated Comcast would cover the cost, which I doubt is the case. HELP!!
