Free Peacock

I was told that I had free Peacock for 2 years.  I have had it for three months, and now cannot watch Peacock as it says I need to sign up for a plan.  What happened to my free subscription?

I am sorry to hear about your experience with your Peacock Premium access, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I was also told I was qualified for free Peacock Premium streaming, but when I try to activate it Peacock says it is having problems and can't activate. There is no way to  contact Peacock, even worse than trying to contact Xfinity/Comcast.

You can't get help from Peacock unless you sign in, and you can't sign in unless you choose a package you want to pay for.

I think it's all scammy deceit to try to trap you into paying for stuff.

The main site for doing this is https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. Have you had Peacock Premium at any point previously, prior to the most recent service offers?

Been there, done that. I have never had Peacock before.

Like I said, when I click on Activate, I'm taken to Peacock which says it can't activate my subscription, please try again. Never works.

Thank you for confirming. The error "can't activate my subscription" isn't one that is connected to our free Peacock offer subscription errors. 

Are you by chance able to provide a screenshot of the message you get when you try the activation link?

Xfinity was able to resolve...somehow when I set up a second Google streamer in another room, I deactivated peacock.  Wasnt east but it was resolved for me.
