Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_3pa89k. I'm sorry to hear Peacock is not working properly on your end.  Are you getting an error message or code when you try to access the app? Is this happening on other devices as well?

when I try to open peacock on the tv it asks me to pay for the subscription. how do I access? Is there a code? how do I do it
