Free Peacock subscription

I couldn't get connected to my free Peacock subscription.  I did everything right on my end.  I was somehow able to get hold of a real live person twice, and wasted an hour with each of them, being promised the problem would be fixed.  Everything was done right on my end; the second rep told me it was an access code problem which they needed to handle.  The second agent was to call me when the situation was resolved; I got no call and no result.  Then, I tried the live chat with a real person.  I am including the entire chat with 7 or 8 agents (I kept being bounced from one to another), if you care to read it.  The next thing I send will be to the BBB.  I pay over 300/month, and don't deserve to be treated like this and getting a runaround.  Other companies have bots answering phones, but good luck trying to get a real live hardworking agent on the phone with xfinity.  This is literally criminal as to the way this company treats its customers.  The on line "chats" wit real agents could not fit here; It takes up 15 pages.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I understand you are looking to activate your Free Peacock subscription, but you are running into some trouble. Additionally, I see that you didn't receive the level of service you expected when reaching out. I can understand how this combination would be frustrating. Are you claiming a free subscription as part of your service plan or with Xfinty Rewards?
