Free Peacock Subscription

Have had free peacock thru xfinity rewards for a year and now unable to access, says I need to subscribe. Peacock not listed under settings, my apps.

Unable to "re-activate". Spent over an hour with customer service, refresh, etc. Would someone please "activate" my subscription.
