Free Peacock streaming for Diamond members?
Hi, I've been an Xfinity subscriber for many years and am at Diamond status. From what I understand, we're supposed to have access to Peacock streaming, but I don't appear to. When I look at subscriptions, it seems I have to pay for the streaming services. Does the Diamond reward not actually exist anymore?

Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about our free Peacock Premium reward for Diamond and Platinum Xfinity Memberships. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
Depending on when you first reached Diamond status, you should have been given a free Peacock Premium reward that you could redeem and activate online. We also offer Peacock as a standalone paid subscription, as well as a bundled subscription with NOW TV, Xfinity StreamSaver, and a few other packages. If you have Peacock as a standalone paid subscription, we should be able to switch you from the paid version to the free version at the end of your current billing cycle. If your Peacock subscription is part of a package, we may need to take a different approach. Can you tell me a little more about your Peacock subscription? Do you have StreamSaver or NOW TV, or are you paying for Peacock as a standalone subscription?
