Free Peacock PSA From OldFatGuy

I've been here for years.  Back when you got free Peacock Premium as a reward originally and then it was removed for several years.

This free Peacock Premium is NOT like the old Peacock Premium.

With the old Peacock Premium, when you watched a movie, you had to watch commercials prior to the movie, and then you could watch your movie.

With THIS Peacock Premium, when you watch a movie, you have to watch commercials prior to the movie AND then you are hit with the movie being interrupted with commercials too.

That is absolute [Edited: Language], and I can't for the life of me understand why anyone would pay the $10.99 a month and put up with that, or is it possible that Peacock (a subsidiary of the same umbrella corporation that Comcast is under) is doing this only for the "free" Comcast customers?  Because again, I don't get paying $11 a month and still have to be hit with commercials DURING a movie, but then again, this new generation seems to be even more sheeplized than my own was.

I think that Comcast should make this abundantly clear on their rewards page so that all others can know this before claiming this "reward."

And I want to know how to cancel that reward.  I went to my rewards page and the only option I see regarding Peacock was to claim it (despite the fact that I've already got it, and when clicking on "Get Peacock Premium..." a box pops up saying it's already claimed... which I knew since I had it before my recent internet speed upgrade.

I just, not two weeks ago complimented Comcast for the most amazing, concise (total call time was less than 10 minutes... TOTAL) and courteous phone help I got on another issue.  [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

Oh how nice, you mark it as Private so no one else can see it.

TURN OFF ALL MY COMCAST SERVICE NOW.  I will return the equipment on Monday.

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
