Free Peacock premium is not recognized

Hello,

I changed my plan to internet only and am supposed to get 2 years of peacock premium for free. I am having the problem that many of you have, when I log into peacock it only gives me the free plan and wants me to pay for premium. On the xfinity site it says that my peacock premium account is already activated.

I am feeling like this problem of logging on to premium is intentional since it is happening to so many people.

Good Evening user_q8kupc we thank you so much for taking the time to reach us via the Xfinity Forums about your struggles with Peacock Premium.  Have you had a chance to check out our support articles on the subject, and followed the steps below?  From the sounds of it, you're a Gigabit customer, but your tenure and enrollment in Xfinity Rewards can override that, so the enrollment in Peacock is different in that case.

- To verify your Peacock Premium activation status, go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock and log in with your Xfinity ID and password.

Hello,

Yes I have read and tried everything in the support articles. When i go to xfinity.com/activate-peacock it says this:

Your Peacock account is already active

Head over to Peacock to watch today. Enjoy!
I click the link and sign into peacock and it has me on the basic plan.

This is what is happening to me now and it’s annoying.  I’ve had peacock through xfinity for quite some time and now it just doesn’t work.

Has active figured this out?  I’m Xfinity diamond rewards and I have the same issues. Xfinity says my Peacock premium account is active, but peacock says I only have basic.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_hte1u0. If you redeemed that free offer from your rewards' status you would have the Peacock Premium service free. If you wanted to upgrade to the ad free version, that is the Peacock Premium Plus service.
