Free Peacock Premium for Diamind Rewards Members NOT WORKING?
I tried to redeem this reward through the app a while ago under “Rewards” as we are Diamond members that were offered Free Peacock Premium - and we keep getting reminder emails (as recently as a couple days ago) to sign up but the link does nothing.
I have seen similar posts on here but it just says to send a direct message to support? I’ve also called Xfinity Support and tried live agent chat and Xfinity Assistant but I’ve gotten nowhere. It’s been a couple pay cycles now I believe and I don’t want to miss out on this reward because we miss having free Peacock, so this Peacock Premium offer looked fantastic- but I’ve tried everything I can think of and have also taken screenshots if someone is able to assist. I’ve also attempted to sign into Peacock itself using our primary email address that we receive most Xfinity communication through, as well as our official “Comcast dot Net” email that comes with the account but nothing brings up any options. I remember having a similar issue a while ago when trying to activate our free Netflix and that took forever and eventually got connected to a phone agent who knew how to fix it and get it working. I’m hoping this will be easier? Please help. Thank you
