Free Peacock Premium Activation Issues (How do I file a formal complaint with Xfinity?)
I’m hoping someone can guide me on how to officially file a complaint with Xfinity or reach someone who can actually resolve an issue.
When I signed up for Xfinity Internet, it came with a 2-year Peacock Premium subscription. Unfortunately, I’ve been unable to activate it for over two months now. I’ve contacted Xfinity support six times through chat and twice over the phone, but the issue still hasn’t been fixed.
Each time, I have to re-explain the problem from the beginning. I’ve been told multiple times that it would be escalated to the “senior” or “advanced” team and that someone would call me back — but no one ever does. In total, seven different agents have promised me that the issue would be resolved “within the next hour,” yet nothing has changed.
It’s extremely frustrating and seems like there’s no accountability or proper follow-through on support cases.
Can someone please tell me how I can formally file a complaint or escalate this beyond standard customer support? I just want my Peacock Premium subscription activated as promised, or a clear explanation and resolution.
