Free Peacock activation with 1gb Wifi plan not working

Good afternoon, 

I am trying to activate the 2 years of free peacock that was included with my wifi plan (I double checked email receipt to verify that this was included with my purchase). I was given the basic link to the xfinity article that walks you through how to activate peacock, but for some reason my page does not have the "Activate" button. It just shows the peacock subscription with the "plan" "Price" and "Status" blank. I have tried on both the app on my phone and on my computer, and both ways give me the same issue. I have attached a screen shot for verification. Thank you!

Good afternoon, and thank you for reaching out @user_k9mmza! You've reached the right team to help! It can take up to two hours after ordering for the Peacock Premium activation to appear on our site here. How long ago were services ordered?

Good morning! Thank you for reaching out. I ordered my wifi back on February 17th, but not sure about the peacock activation (other than that it was included on original receipt). I went through the same steps as yesterday and it is working now though, so I am all setup! Thank you so much for reaching out and hope you have a great day!
