I am very disappointed that Xfinity offers free iPads then at the end of the sign up process I am told that I have to get another line in order to receive the gift.
This is very misleading and unacceptable, especially as a Diamond member. I was very excited to receive this free IPad but am now very angry that the offer has strings attached. Thus is not the way you treat customers of 30 years plus.
