Free movie tickets

I  received an email offering me free Kung Fu Panda 4 tickets, and I cannot access that reward. Can someone help me please?

@user_nxocc8 Thank you so much for making a post to help with the rewards offered for Free Kung Fu Panda 4 tickets. This was a while supply last offer and if you are no longer able to redeem the offer using your Xfinity rewards then there would not be any tickets left. I do apologize Since this is going to be Opening weekend the limited number of tickets available went fast. I do apologize about that but keep an eye out for more amazing rewards offers in the future!

That is awful.  I just rcvd the email today and it says I claimed already when I didn't even get a code to claim.

Please clear your cache and cookies, and log into the account with the primary Xfinity ID. Be sure to visit: https://t.co/BwoCMKCCAn or the Xfinity app to view your eligible rewards. If there is a discrepancy, we can assist if you find the best board to author your concern, and post your question publicly. This will open a ticket in our system for us to assist.

Unfortunately, the free tickets are no longer available. Same thing happened to me and this happened to many other people as well.

Yup. Checked within 5 minutes of receiving the email and they were all gone.
